Sandhill Shooting Sports is participating in the annual commemorative Shot Heard ‘Round the World Day.

What is Shot Heard ‘Round the World Day?
A day where all Americans can take part in remembering and celebrating the birth of our nation by participating in a fun, recreational shooting event.

When is it?
April 19th; the day, in 1775, when America’s fight for independence began.

Why?
To create a national recreational shooting day that brings Americans together to remember how our independence was won, and introduce new and lapsed enthusiasts to the fun of recreational shooting by connecting them to local clubs, ranges, and shooting sports retailers.

We will be closed several days in April. Please make note!

Wednesday, April 26th through Sunday April 30th for the Annual NRA Meeting in Atlanta

Have you had your eye on an FN, but wanted to shoot one first? Mark your calendar! A representative from FN America, LLC will be at the range Saturday, April 22, 2017 with pistols from the FNS, FNX, and Five-seveN series, and rifles from the FN15 and SCAR series for you to try out.

Our “gun cleaning day” at the range is being moved to the 1st Sunday of each month so staff can be available to assist as needed. We have a pistol competition on the 2nd Sunday of the month now, and we staff is sometimes busy cleaning up after the competition. Prices are as follows:

• $5 per gun if you clean it yourself (we supply the cleaning supplies and can provide instruction if needed).
• $10 per gun if we clean it for you.
• If you bring your own supplies and clean your own gun you can just come enjoy the company at no charge!
